The Chennai Corporate Olympics 2026 continued its exciting journey on 1st & 2nd August 2026, bringing together corporate professionals from leading organisations across Chennai for another action-packed weekend of sports, teamwork, and healthy competition. Organised by Corporate Sports Club (CSC), the championship continues to promote employee wellness, networking, and a culture of fitness through sports.

Following an exciting First Week, the Second Week featured 5 sports across multiple competition categories, bringing together athletes for another weekend of intense matches, strategic battles, and team competition. From fast-paced Table Tennis rallies and tactical Chess games to energetic Throwball and Volleyball contests and exciting Cricket matches, the Second Week added another chapter to the Corporate Olympics 2026 journey.

The Second Week witnessed enthusiastic participation from companies across Chennai, with athletes showcasing remarkable skill, determination, teamwork, and sportsmanship throughout the competitions.

Highlights from the Second Week

 

Table Tennis

Table Tennis brought fast-paced rallies and intense competition to the Second Week, featuring exciting matches across 9 categories. Players showcased quick reflexes, precision, speed, and consistency throughout the tournament. 

Table Tennis Medal Tally 

Zoho led the Table Tennis medal tally with 4 Gold, 1 Silver, and 2 Bronze medals, securing 7 medals overall. Tata Consultancy Services followed with 2 Gold, 4 Silver, and 2 Bronze medals, for a total of 8 medals. Cognizant secured 1 Gold, 2 Silver, and 6 Bronze medals, taking 9 medals in total. Fantastic Mighty Rangers earned 1 Gold and 2 Bronze medals, while Microstrategy secured 1 Gold and 1 Silver. RR Donnelley won 1 Silver, while UPS and Murugappa Group each secured 1 Bronze medal. 

Chess

Chess brought a different dimension to the Corporate Olympics, where strategy, patience, and calculated decision-making took centre stage. Across 3 categories, participants demonstrated sharp thinking and composure, with every move playing a crucial role in determining the outcome.

Chess Medal Tally 

RR Donnelley and LatentView each secured 1 Gold medal. Tata Consultancy Services won 1 Gold and 1 Silver, while Freshworks secured 1 Silver. Zoho earned 1 Silver and 2 Bronze medals, and the Reserve Bank of India secured 1 Bronze medal. 

Throwball

Throwball brought energy, coordination, and teamwork to the Second Week. Across 2 categories, teams displayed excellent communication, agility, and determination. Every rally created exciting moments as players worked together to gain the advantage.

Throwball  Medal Tally 

Tata Consultancy Services dominated Throwball with 2 Gold medals. Zoho and Freshworks each secured 1 Silver, while Flex, RR Donnelley, and Caterpillar India each earned 1 Bronze medal.

Volleyball

Volleyball added another exciting team sport to the Second Week, with participants showcasing strong coordination, communication, agility, and competitive spirit. Every point demanded teamwork and quick reactions, creating engaging contests throughout the competition.

Volleyball Medal Tally 

Cognizant led the Volleyball medal tally with 1 Gold, 1 Silver, and 1 Bronze medal. Zoho and Tata Consultancy Services each secured 1 Gold, with TCS also earning 1 Bronze. Flex, Annexmed, and Infosys each secured 1 Bronze medal. 

Cricket

Cricket brought plenty of excitement to the Second Week, with corporate teams competing with determination, strategy, and teamwork. Across 2 categories, players showcased their batting, bowling, fielding, and game awareness while representing their organisations with pride.

Cricket Medal Tally 

Apollo Tyres secured 1 Gold medal, while Zoho earned 1 Gold and 1 Silver. RR Donnelley secured 1 Silver. Intellect Design Arena, Tata Consultancy Services, Valeo, and Cognizant each earned 1 Bronze medal.
